Company segments are especially important to Diagnostics. With that being said, these are also settings that guide data throughout the innovation suite. You'll notice these segments appear in various reporting screens as well as under user profiles.
Segments are sets of company and user information categories. These can be items such as employee title, department, age, ethnicity, or employee start date.
- To navigate to the segments page click the Account Icon and then choose Settings.
Note: Only admins can perform this action.
- Next, select Segments under User Management.
Segments are a useful way to apply individual user information. We have defaults setup such as Company, Role, and Age. You can also add your own segments through our segment builder. Visit our how-to article "Setup Segments" to learn more.
