FastPath is designed to drive rapid generation, evaluation, adoption, and scale of new business opportunities for efficiency and growth, providing a toolset for innovation management while surfacing ways for companies to inject creativity, create a nurturing and learning environment, and maintain appropriate rigor in analysis and process.
The first phase of the methodology (Insights & Ideation) is designed to examine the context, internal and the external ecosystem, and business strategy in a way that leads to inspiration and facilitated ideation to uncover, prioritize, and align around opportunities. The second phase of the methodology (Investigation) is designed to adopt lean and design thinking approaches, provide a framework for further opportunity development using concepts such as minimum viable product and learning plans, address adoption and scaling through a “minimum viable everything” philosophy, and design a fit for purpose funding model.
Forest's Innovation Management Software suite is designed get innovation done on an ongoing basis, leveraging the proven FastPath methodology. There are five tools: Diagnostics, Explore, Ideas, Evaluations, and Custom Pages.
