The ability to comment in the tool is useful because it improves collaboration throughout the innovation process. To begin commenting, you'll need to go to a piece of content you wish to comment on and navigate to the discussion section.
Click "Post Comment" to post your comment. You can also participate in a current discussion by replying to an existing comment in the discussion thread.
In a discussion section, users can include @mentions which will encourage others to participate more and trigger comment based notifications. This will increase collaboration and engagement across multiple key areas of the product.

You can mention @users, @groups, #ideas, #campaigns, and #portfolios.

You can lightly format comments using bold, italic, lists, etc.

You can help users frame their comments using predefined comment styles (e.g. How Might We, Pros and Cons, etc.)
- Users will be notified via email if a campaign, portfolio, idea, or force is #mentioned in a comment. Additionally, individual users or groups will also be notified if a they are @mentioned in a comment.
