Communication during the ideation process is important. The ability to comment in the tool is useful because it improves collaboration throughout the innovation process. To begin commenting, you'll need to go to a piece of content you wish to comment on and navigate to the Discussion section.
Click "Post Comment" to post your comment. You can also participate in a current discussion by replying to an existing comment in the discussion thread.
In the Discussion section, users can include @mentions which will encourage others to participate more and trigger comment based notifications. This will increase collaboration and engagement across multiple key areas of the product.
You can mention @users, #Ideas, #Campaigns, and #Portfolios.
You can lightly format comments using bold, italic, lists, etc.
You can help users frame their comments using predefined comment styles (e.g. How Might We, Pros and Cons, etc.)
- Users will be notified via email if a Campaign, Portfolio, or Idea is #mentioned in a comment. Additionally, users will also be notified if a they are @mentioned in a comment.
