Custom Idea Stages

With Custom Idea Stages, companies are able to set up and define their own stages on both a global and workspace level. Only an Idea guide or workspace/global admin can update the Idea stage, and users will be able to filter Ideas by stages. Users can clearly track Idea progress in a step-by-step visual tracker in each Idea profile.

Custom Idea Stages allow users to…

Navigate to Custom Idea Stages 

Administrators can navigate to the Idea Stages section from the Admin area by going to: Admin > select Global Workspace > select Stages (under Tool Settings)

Note: Administrators will need to assign a new Idea Stage for all Ideas that were previously assigned to a deleted stage.
