Once you've created a Portfolio, it's important to know how to navigate around it. Let's look at the different elements of what's in a Portfolio.
Portfolio Profile
When you go into a Portfolio, the first thing you'll notice is the Title, Headline, Idea Breakdown, and Evaluation Progress.
• Idea Breakdown provides an overview of the status of all Ideas in a Portfolio.
Follow or Share
To follow a Portfolio or to share it with a colleague, simply click on the Follow or Share buttons located below the title.
Overview
On the right, you'll see an overview of what the Portfolio is all about.
Portfolio Report
This chart provides a visual overview of Idea statuses in a Portfolio. You can change the chart type, use the "group by" and "filter by" options, and even export the chart data.
Portfolio Settings
In this area, you'll make edits to the Portfolio, create evaluations, view analytics, export Portfolio data, or copy a unique link to the Portfolio. Simply click the ellipsis icon (three dots) to get there.
Evaluations
In this section, you'll be able to create and view all evaluations in this Portfolio.
Team Members
In this section, you'll be able to see which users are a part of this Portfolio. If you'd like to make changes to team member access, simply go to the Portfolio settings and choose Edit to make your changes.
Ideas
The Ideas section is where you'll find all Ideas in this Portfolio. You can also use you the filter and search functions if you're looking to view a specific Idea in the Portfolio. If you'd like to add preexisting Ideas to this Portfolio, simply click the + button in this section.
Discussion
In this section, you'll be able to post a comment or start a discussion about this Portfolio for everyone to view. You'll find the discussion section near the bottom of the Portfolio.
